Q: How do I use ForbesBazaar.com's shopping cart?
A: Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Add To Cart" for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Qty Product" field and click "Update". If you need to shop for more items, click "continue shopping". After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, select a shipping method and your ship to state. Click on the shipping calculator button to view the total charges. If everything is correct, click "Check Out" and log in following the onscreen instructions. If you're a new customer, click "GO" next to "New Customer" to create an account. The contents of your shopping cart will be held for you during this process. After creating an account, you should proceed to check out as normal.
Q: How long does it take for ForbesBazaar to process an order?
A: We have a very fast turnaround period however; it may take one to three business days for us to process certain orders (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local carrier guidelines for delivery by email. We offer Expedited Processing for orders placed on weekdays before 4PM PST for an additional small fee. We will try our best however; we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same day. If you place your order before the cut off time and we fail to ship your order on the same day, we will refund the Expedite Processing fee.

Ans: Under the USA Laws you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days after the first day you received your item. The 14 working days begin from the first day after you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel the order the item must be unused and in a re-saleable condition and must be returned at your expense. The cost of any loss of product / parts during transit is your responsibility. If you open the box and use it, it will be charged restocking Fee 25 Percent for all Cancellation order plus shipping cost.

A: Absolutely, Forbesbazaar will pay for your return shipping label if you receive the wrong item or it is defective. Please ship it back and We will send the replacement for you. If for some reason, you decide that you do not want the product or No longer need anymore or ordered the wrong item, we will not be responsible for purchasing your return shipping cost.
